Return and Refund Policy – Woof Natural

Returns: For reasons of hygiene, food safety, and pet well-being, we do not accept returns of food products once received.

Guaranteed Refunds apply in the following cases:

- Defective products or those damaged during transport
- Products that do not meet the described specifications
- Quality or freshness issues at the time of delivery
- Errors in the order caused by us

Delicate Products (GalleTartas, decorations): All our products leave our artisanal workshop in perfect condition. If delicate products arrive damaged during transport, we will provide a full refund upon receipt of photos showing the damage.

Conditions:

- Store according to the instructions on the packaging
- Report incidents within 48 hours with photos of the product
- We are not responsible for improper storage by the customer after delivery

Claim Process: Please contact us at woof@woofnatural.com describing the issue and attaching photos. We will process your refund within a maximum of 5 business days.

Quality Commitment: All our products are handcrafted with carefully selected natural ingredients to guarantee maximum quality and freshness.

14-Day Cooling-Off Period (European Union) 
Without prejudice to the above, if the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As in the previous case, the item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds 
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded using your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that your bank or credit card company may take some additional time to process and post the refund.
