Shipping Zones:

- Mainland Spain: 3–5 business days
- Balearic Islands: 5–7 business days
- Canary Islands: 7–10 business days

Order Preparation: All our products are handcrafted in our workshop. Preparation time: 1–5 business days.

Shipping Costs:

- FREE shipping on orders over €45
- Rates calculated by total order weight
- Costs are automatically calculated at checkout according to total weight and destination

Delicate Products (GalleTartas): We use special reinforced packaging to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. We recommend consuming within 48 hours of receipt.

Storage: Our natural products must be stored in a cool, dry place. Once received, please follow the instructions on the packaging.
